Dr. Peter Tarbox is a neurologist in San Antonio, Texas and board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He received his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin and has been in practice for 28 years.

Phillip Gulley, MSN, APRN, AGPC-NP
Phillip Gulley, AGPC-NP, found his calling for healthcare while serving as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. While as a Marine, Phillip obtained his EMT certification, and he administered emergent care and services to wounded servicemen. Phillip then earned his BSN from Regis University in 2014, and for the next 5 years he primarily worked as an ICU nurse. His first opportunity as an ICU nurse was in the neurosurgical ICU at University Hospital. It was there he would formally begin and seize upon an exciting passion for neurology and patient care. Phillip Gulley has earned his MSN from the University of Cincinnati in 2020.
